If you are as excited about Instead of Flowers as we are then your next step is to fill out and send to us our Prospective Franchisee Evaluation Form that you can find on this website.  After we receive and review the Evaluation Form we will contact you to let you know if we believe that your joining our franchise family would be a good fit for both of us.  After that initial contact and our mutual decision that your purchase of our franchise offering would be a win-win, we will set up a personal meeting between you and a representative of Crosstown Gourmet.  By then you will have received all the necessary and required documentation for you to make a full and informed decision about our franchise offering.  The final step in this initial phase will be the execution of the Franchise Agreement together with other necessary documentation all of which you will have seen and reviewed with your counselors, professional and non-professional as needed.

Now the real work will begin to get you to your grand opening.  We will be there for you every step along the way giving you all the assistance that you need 1) to find the right site for you for kitchen, 2) to help you in your lease negotiations, 3) to train you in our food preparation and operations procedures, 4) to help you with staffing issues, 5) to guide you in the proper marketing techniques, 6) to advise you about equipment and inventory, and 7) to share with you all the working knowledge that we have that will make your Instead of Flowers facility prosper.
